not bad pricing.
this year tiger and jetstar have good pricing abt 125 to 152 two way nett tax in. scoot sometimes also abt that price, however scoot timing was not good.

cathay also have 239, and sq have 257 promo tax in two way nett promo during march

seems like the air ticket pricing for full fledged airline have decreased alot compared to the last few years. rmb last year cathay cheapest was 270 . now they have gone lower.

post easter sales, jetstar taipei is 116sgd ...
so is abt 2x their price for club member sales, which u need to pay to join

From my understanding, jetstar will have abt 3 or 4 sales each year for member. public cant access the link, cz u wont be given in the first place.

1. jetstar will give u the promo link via ur email
2. You need login with ur details
3. you can book for few people. however, the first name would always be the member name .so the member must travel, unless u wan forfeit his or her ticket

is better to join few days before the club sales. coz now join also no use, the 2nd club member sales just over ... The first club member sales is on Nov 2014, that time bkk 69, phuket 67, hcm 56, kl 41, penang 48 ,etc .. the second club sales is last month. taipei 57, very attractive ....

so my guess is they have it abt 3 to 4 months once ...

Not long ago SQ was selling tics to Hkg at 268 nett per pax. With such a price, I think much more worth than all the budget airlines.

They are for budget flights leaving SG but under this website is the DEALS page where they alert you to the deals that are not just from the budget airlines but also the full service carriers. Keep this page bookmarked.

Their concept of cheap flights is one-way flights for lower cost. Do compare them with Skyscanner who also does this but Skyscanner takes into account return flight costs.

Checked my nov travelling date for a380 two ways, managed to find that price

Timing is good also.
Sin to HK is depart 930 am
HK to Sin is depart 330pm ...

Personally would use sky scanner as a gauge to know the price.
For example, if I c OTA xyz fly to Seoul via CX is 500+, then I will go to Cx website to take a look at the promo price. If promo price is the same as OTA, would most likely book directly with the airline

Skyscanner sometimes does not take into account budget airline promo, such as jetstar club member sales

Yup I bought mine at 268 for June. Same timing. Feel it's worth it.
