scoot recently got few promo dec also. but lesser promo lah haha ...
Unless a lot of savings, it is still not worth to take budget airline since you have to add into a lot of other charges, say credit card fee is already something conventional airline will not charge you.

but scoot really have dec promo haha ... the last one is tue ...
below 180 can get already...
savings is really lots considering is dec haha

normally wont buy seats, and will ask for emergency row.
so far my trips to taipei with tiger, most of the time got it, coz flight full.
took scoot many times, only two times out of 10+ get standard seats.
the rest got yellow seats ... took business twice before with scoot to bangkok and sydney, however only one meal served ...

jetstar can use offline payments ...
tiger can use axs, 5sgd per transaction, not per booking
scoot can use offline payment, if is non promo price :)

You can ask for seat next to the exit. Normally they will assign for you when you ask if still available.

it is only if you don't purchase seats in advance already? cos normally i purchase seats already. haha i'll try and ask.

Recently booked through Expedia with Citibank 6 miles per dollar. 17~20 Jan staying in Holiday Inn Express Kowloon East on SQ. Total is $764, hotel about $410, air tickets about $354. Timing is 7.35am to HK, 6.50pm to SG.

Normally i fly Jetstar or CX. But this deal quite worth it consider one person flying.

consider quite worth it, only that holiday inn express belongs to those budget type of hotel. Same category as ibis hotel.

bkk taxes is 105, taipei is 128 ...
so hk and taipei is just 3 sgd difference in terms of taxes :)

Can I ask ah, SQ always have these airtix promo for Amex cardholders. Its meant for those cards directly issued by Amex only or can those Amex cards issued jointly by other banks be used as well? I tried to look around for fine prints or T&Cs but can't find any info about this...
