Currently Kpods is classified under Poisons Act, can only be enforced by HSA under OYK.
After 1 Sep, Kpods will be classified under Misuse of Drugs Act and that is enforced by CNB under K Shanmugam.

they better move it fast n furious before it gets way more difficult or require more manpower
i am thinking those that have been stocking up to make it big before govt suddenly go iron fists on them might be in trouble (financially) etc n might want to offload it fast also.....

hopefully they will know best to cut lost n discard than to keep on doing it to get into trouble

That will be bolehland loh, all will move there. Vaping is still legal there and they are not doing anything about it. By the time they realise its a problem, they are really screwed.

walking along their food street so many walking past, sitting n vaping away.
the smoke out is so fake n artificial scent

You see those fancy color and design fully covered ones cannot see liquid usually is just normal... those with clear compartment on top can see the contents one i believe can ownself put other substance, see the guy kena at yishun got a stockpile of those empty cartridges
