This is not good news for them, cnb where got so many manpower to enforce vapers?
They will go after the kpod sellers 1 bah. Busting drug rings is where their bonus and promotion will come from, not catch useless druggies.
Vaping nicotine is not their daiji, only kpod.

Class C schedule is jialat ?
Class C is the least serious of the Class A, B & C controlled drugs .

Only Class A can potentially have death sentence; Class C only jail and fine, don’t even have caning

Looks like we still don’t have enough iron in us to deal with potentially serious social issues

EDIT / UPDATE:-
Class A, B and C all have caning for traffickers. It’s just that the number of strokes differs:-

Class A - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Class B - - - - - - - - - - - Class C
Maximum 20 years and 15 strokes
Maximum 20 years and 10 strokes
Maximum 10 years and 5 strokes

Death sentence meanwhile is limited to trafficking specific drugs listed under Class A and in amount in excess to the what the law states

Currently Kpods is classified under Poisons Act, can only be enforced by HSA under OYK.
After 1 Sep, Kpods will be classified under Misuse of Drugs Act and that is enforced by CNB under K Shanmugam.

Ho seh la, after 1 Sep can buy 🍿 liao!

This is good news!

The CNB coldroom experience will teach more life lessons than imprisonment in a juvenile facility ever will.
But we have death sentence for traffickers. Means abusers despite cold room didn't learn, hence the demand.

This is for the soft sinkie kids who have never had a real hardship in life.

For the hardened crims there is the noose.
Not for kpods tho. Etomidate isn't a scheduled drug that attracts capital punishment.
