Still trying to resolve my fingerprint issue on my V3.

Even I tried to add or remove the fingerprint also wont work..

My phone was bought last year 2024 9.9 sale and collected from labyboss on the 13 sept. Receipt showing 13.9 date. Hopefully I have enough time to claim warranty from honor sg for this issue.. quite troublesome without the fingerprint and I need it to unlock many apps ..

Now service centre at plaza Singapore right .

Yup.. maybe call them to check if got ready parts ...

It was all fine until this morning that My fingerprint sensor can't work anymore..I always use it to unlock my phone. Now have to use pattern.

Then I tried to register new and remove fingerprint in the setting also can't do anything.. (cant add and remove at all) I don't want to master reset and restart the phone coz I don't think it will work from what I read from other users facing the same problem on the Reddit.

Just want to ask anyone facing this issue on the warranty claim cause I read their service centre is quite bad. Their repair take quite long to resolve this

Since your warranty is expiring.. I would suggest you at least raise the warranty claim request first .. if the parts take long to come u tell them to call u when come only u pass them the phone lo..no point passing them to repair if the parts take 1-2 months lol..

Plaza Singapura Honor SC is closed on Thursday and Friday, it is best to go down on Sat ASAP to let them diagnose and may need to import spare part. Mine slowly more n more thing spoilt. Initially was external screen, then internal screen also go siao siao while waiting for spare part to arrive from China (if not wrong).

This is what I read from many users complaining about the honor service centre . Probably I will make the trip down and raise a case . In fact some even encountered more than months to get it resolved

they will help u order and ask you to come down when part arrived.

U mean the whole plaza sg is closing on Thur and Fri or the honor service centre only ?

Wah... The durability so jialat one ah?? Can u request to change 1-1 new unit?? Lol..

they said will call me when part arrived. but before they called me.......whole device got problem so sent in for diagnose n repair.

I did, but rejected. the warranty only extended based on how long it was inside the service centre. it took them 2 week to repair. so my warranty was extended by 2 week as claimed by staff as i asked them.

becos last time huawei the repaired component got 3 mth warranty.
