Finally able to collect my device.

I wasn't given any receipt after the repair. Just tell me what has been changed.

And my warranty ended 12th this month.

Anyone knows if we got 1 or 2 yrs warranty for V3? Those early bird purchase from lady boss.

I got my v3 set from labyboss on the 12 Sept last year. Unfortunately The warranty given was 1 year for v3.

My v3 set having fingerprint sensor issue on the beginning of sept. I managed to claim before 12 Sept.

I do find honor does have some reliability issue with the v3 foldable. Now i read few cases of Fingerprint . External screen and internal screen problem.

Sg honor is going to take min 1 month for their repair. U need a spare phone that able to handle your typical usage and requirements

Agree..seems like a number of V3 fails at the 1 yr mark

Was just at the service centre and one uncle in front of me also has issue with his V3 - front screen dead

how many of them? long queue to get screen replace?

I'm lucky, dropped my phone from treadmill chest height landed on concrete floor. Everything still doing great

There was one guy before me.
And the counter did mention the long wait to get a replacement

based on support centre, mostly lot of people having front screen issue. i'm one of them too.

Saw one uncle who had 2 thick green lines in the inner screen.....he use tape to cover the lines

You replaced battery for v3?? Not covered under warranty meh??
