Just tried the phone at Bugis Challenger. If you don't go to the booth outside and just go into the shop, the V2 and V3 are conveniently side by side.

The V3 feels almost exactly the same as the V2. If you try hard enough, you can feel the very small weight difference. The thickness change can't really feel at all.

The crease in the V3 is very impressive as compared to the V2 (also probably because the V2 was on display so long). In fact, the V2 crease feels like a W shape. A little odd but maybe it's in the way the screen folds.

In my 5 mins of handling, I would say for the main camera the V3 is just very slightly better. For the telephoto that the difference is significant better.

If you aren't picky about the cameras and the screen gap, $500 difference is hard to swallow.

8G3 with AI features (if people use it). 8G2 no AI features.
Wireless charging added
These are big differences apart from others.

Looking at those reseller offers, hopefully can bring the price down further during 9.9 sale. No freebie I also okay

Maybe need to have someone who upgraded from v2 to v3 to let us know if got any significant improvement or not. But I'm definitely sure magic v2 cannot drop on floor or spin in the washing machine naked for 15 mins lol.
