I want to get fold phone but I'm afraid that it will spolit after a drop...how reliable is the phone?

While I am very much impressed by the those videos showcasing how the foldable phone survived the various type of abuse and torturing, I would take them with a not a pinch but tablespoon of salt, as some of this video are for promotion use, which may be conducted in a controlled condition.

And, as usual, YMMV. I for one will be happy if it can last me for >2 years without any screen defect. My current Vivo X Fold + is 2 months to 2 years but both screens almost gone liao, even I handle my phone with tender loving care.

lol please watch non promotional videos then

learn to use Chinese apps. however much we try to convince you, won't help

also don't put another screen protector over another screen protector in the inner screen like some ppl would do.

During the Hong Kong launch event last week, they did a live demo of washing the phone in washing machine. And Raymond Lam also did a live demo of dropping the phone too. Raymond also did said his phone able to last one whole day of playing games, watching video, reading script. (May or may not be truth, only when using it then you will know it)

All this demo survived so it is not fake commercial video.

I believe tmr 8pm event they will do the same thing too. Live demo in washing machine and drop test.

I owned fold 6 and I've to charge 2 times at least a day and the charging is horrendous slow. I currently using Honor 200 Pro. game changer in battery department. from morning until midnight I still have over 20% of battery left. sometimes I would just leave it until the next morning before shower and have it charge, by the time I'm done, it is near 100%. Loving how fast it charges as well up to 100w. When you're using the phone, it won't charge at high power about (21w at most I seen) but once you turn off the screen or in AOD, the bms would allow the phone to charge faster. the magic v3 is up to 66w but still way better (higher capacity) (silicon carbon battery) /charge faster than fold 6 is good enough for me.
