Hard to compare Chinese rom. Chinese rom is super aggressive in closing apps. So much so people have issues with it because they don't get notification

just curious why you think n3 has better video compared to v3. i'm also quite particular about the video quality.
just anecdotally what I've seen so far. don't think anyone compared them directly yet

was in HK last week. on sale every where and the freebies damn good.

But lucky the freebies have to go Kowloon side to collect.. i didn't have time to go over.. so wasn't so tempted.
It was retailing at HKD$10999.. so about $1.85k for global rom.

If only Honor designed a smaller stylus that can be slotted into the magic v3 just like the Samsung ultra series. So hard to find a nice case that can house the stylus , making me contemplate whether to get the stylus or not zz.

the pen is quite large from videos unlike S pen which is sleek and small but also uncomfortable to hold for big hand people. i haven't seen it personally yet.

also another benefit for people who owns oppo in the West region is that oppo recently opened
service centre at Westgate, nearby to Samsung. there's Huawei store there as well.
the new foldable phones for oppo is Jan 2025 onwards they said. so few months of waiting for oppo fans.

it reminded me of the huawei mate 20x days, I liked what the stylus could do but it's just too bulky and mafan to carry around. I ended up just using it at home at a very low frequency.

likewise for my case.. I also don't want to lose the pen.
currently there isnt any perfect solution.
case with pen slot is bulky and ugly for any manufacturer that i've seen.

I know it's not an apple to apple comparison, and the fact that I'm in a Honor thread.... But would appreciate any sharing that could help my decision..

I'm deciding between Pixel 9 Pro XL and the Magic V3.

What's important to me: battery life, camera quality, ease of use.

My current phone: a Huawei. Which I love, except that due to work reasons I need an Android 14 and Google apps.

It seems like the Magic V3 is more suitable for work, which I do appreciate, but Pixel's camera quality seems better..

Also I saw the V2 demo set's screen protector was coming off, any users here can feedback if this happens easily IRL?

Thanks!
