Setting > foldable phone > hover mode

Select chrome. Choose auto enter.

Chrome will have a dark lower half like what u usually see but now with some screen buttons. Tap on the bottom arrow close button. There u go, full screen chrome in 90 degree fold mode.

should be.....I also updated to 186 on Sat.

Not sure anyone noticed whenever got an update, "Do Not Disturb" will always go siao. As I turn on do not disturb based on specific timing. After the update, it will just help me turn on instead of specific timing.
