using s24 ultra but this year feel wanna try to change to this phone instead and use. cause the weight is almost same as s24 ultra but is foldable and thickness is almost comparable with s24 ultra when it's folded....

i saw some selling china version online at cheaper a bit. is it worth it to get the China version?

best get local set imo. china rom should be ok but bigger issue will be warranty.

my z fold 4 screen protector peel twice and inner screen broke 1 time out of the blue, even though i drop so many time no problem. lucky got warranty and care+. for foldable warranty is a must.

(edit; i see shopee also got the gadget protection add on which supposedly can cover any accidental damage for 1 year but no idea how good or reliable it is and how easy to claim)

Also wanna ask, can still use galaxy watch to connect with honor phone right?

And the honor magic V3, does it comes with any payment system? Means can register cards, then use like Samsung pay?

Other than foldable bigger screen inside, is there any other upside if changing from s24 ultra?

Not sure if gallery app is poor! Can see my photos, go t9 editor, not sure what’s wrong else you need I also use Google Photos anyway.

You can use Google Pay for payment no problems.

I don’t have a S24 Ultra, but guessing smaller footprint but can have larger screen. Faster charging, but camera not as good. Depends if you need a foldable!

don't want zf6, samsung lacking behind in terms of hardware, barely anything change. charging also slower than my ippt timing. the se version looks ok but that one only in korea

software samsung better ofc but dont think ill miss it.

Gallery app just like normal app. i always use google photo

for payment, use Gpay with no issue. can also use Gpay for bus and train. and no issue using galaxy watch. i am using GW7 without any issue, the blood pressure and heart ECG can easily activate using a 3rd method.

Whoever said that gallery poor is utter rubbish.
Gallery app got AI eraser which works like a charm after magic os 9 update (before update mine just couldn't work properly). Even better than Google's magic eraser imo.
Just use GPay for default payment app,
S24 upside js got built in pen. Haha.

I came from s22 Ultra, downside is V3's camera still inferior to flagship slab phones.
Upside for me is ultra fast charging.

Too chim. I consider myself as an advance user ever since I spent 2+ hrs successfully installing GMS into my Huawei phone/tablet. Root my HTC. A lot of free time back then.

BUT now lao liao, seeing this xda post with colorful wordings and diff videos give me the chill. Not worth the effort imo given I have another oppo watch that has ecg function..

Today got road show at Woodlands causeway point. Magic V3 going at 1899, with free 100W wireless charger, and 365 days screen replacement.

Shopee voucher discount seem to have expire. So now have to wait again for the voucher discount if wanna get at 1.6k
