Just returned from service center, I can retrieve the device in approximately two to three weeks. (They will provide loan unit,if no back up phone) for me is a brand new, unopened Honor 400 Pro as a loan unit due to E SIM.

Repair is a bit long for local set tho.. u buy china sets from local retail shops they also help to rma your set in 1 to 1.5 months .. 😅

they did asked me, but i got spare phone so didn take the loan phone.

If possible,older foldable loan unit will be better haha. Use back to candy bar phone, everything looks so smallo_Oonce used foldable phone unable to go back.

Saw from Talking Point that some gadgets under repair "personal" contents are being accessed by curious technicians. How do you protect your contents in this case .

There's a repair or maintenance mode.. but seems like they can still bypass and access our stuff.. bobian just factory reset xfer to spare phone first...

Was considering getting a previous model fold phone like this since it's much cheaper. Seems there may be some issue with the robustness of foldable phones? ideally I want to use for 4 years

Realistically speaking, use for 2 years is already very good.

Anyone managed to change their battery for v3 at service center? my batt not lasting anymore and warranty almost up soon

Hi .out of sudden . My fingerprint sensor couldn't work. Anyone facing this issue ? And
I believe my warranty is going to end soon.
