The warranty is 1 year or 2 years?
My phone totally died at one year mark in Oct.
Now only the inner screen light up when rebooting but just stuck on the Honor startup image and does not load any further. Basically Un usable at all......

I use the phone gently and only dropped it once about 10 months ago but there weren't any issues. 3 months ago the selfie camera cannot work, subsequently the inner and outter screens took turns to black out. After resetting, it worked a bit here and there and now it totally like died..... never had a phone that fully died like that.

Why u didn't try to claim the warranty when there was issue in your selfie camera 3 months ago..

I managed to claim the warranty 5 days for the phone fingerprint issue before it ended

Just sent in my v3 for repair to the service Center, was told it will take 1+ month to be fixed. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence to upgrade to a new model…. Lol

Why need so long? Severe repair?

My fingerprint sensor spoilt also took 1 month . Probably too many new honor phones user . Not many repair technicians to cope

Not a good sign for Honor SG, that means the outsourced servicing is not good. I heard Malaysia Honor is direct, better service.

As the magic v3 required 1 month to fix ..I ended up buying another mid range honor 400 pro phone as spare.( I am so used to Huawei/ honor OS) using honor 400 pro since 9.9 and I lazy to switch back to v3 . Hopefully this mid phone 400 pro can last!

I send it on the 12 Sept and received the collection WA message on the 19 oct. Slightly more than 1 month.

Lesson learned. If u owned a honor phone , Always ensure u have a good spare phone with you and next time don't spend so much money on a phone ( especially foldable )

they didn't offer to borrow you a spare phone? Mine they did asked me.
