Ok mah. Most ppl buy fold u think really for business use? Mostly watch videos.

For me I get foldable is open multiple apps can TikTok and whatsapp.so that I won't forget to reply my wife.

I only hope that they got the remembered dual app when unfold my screen. Means always open same 2 apps side by side

If one looks at Xiaomi and Oppo they also use SiC battery but their performance were great. Maybe software optimization is needed on the V5 to improve its battery life

Samsung has throttling mentioned when heavy gaming at 3:06. 2nd time I'm seeing this liao

That's how they maintain good battery maybe. Throttle at peak speed to increase battery life. But I think old Samsung phones also got this issue. Last time I game with Samsung always not smooth one .even basic games like ninja fishing

charge slow until pek chek...imagine rushing out and your phone still not finish charging then...need bring powerbank to continue charge when on the move. :(

Can open the same 2 apps, but because you closed the phone, the 2 apps will change to vertical mode. So when you open again, it will stay at vertical mode. Just click the 3 dots to change them to horizontal view.

had the priviledge of owning the china rom vivo fold 5 for 2 days before i sold off. i tested the camera in vivo best denki. was surprised that the hmv5 20X zoom was clearer than the vxf5. overall picture clarity and details hmv5 seem better. but color science i prefer the vxf5, for bright lighting hdr and etc i felt that vxf5 did better.

eventually i ordered the hmv5, however in that 20 min of short test, i can feel hmv5 heating up very fast just by taking photos... the honor sales man also told me that because it has in built AI chips and thus it heats up quite fast.

hmm i got the china rom version. all the important apps got to tinker with the notification settings.
i learnt to use adb commands to over ride the "android doze" , all notifications came except for 1) ms teams still wont get notifications till you lauch the app.... 2) telegram doesnt have updated badge notifications

but on my vivo x 80 pro which is a global rom, totally no issues with any app's notification. so for those considering to buy the global funtouch os vivo x fold 5 is a better choice. no need to deal with missed notifications.

as for the fold 5 atomic work bench, i quite like it. however if only the main app display area could be a bigger screen fit, if you watch youtube, alot of space (upper and lower) ends are not fitted full screen. thats a waste of the big inner screen while in atomic workbench interface.

Is it true u cannot do horizontal spilt (up and down instead of left and right) for all apps on the vxf5?
