Does anyone know if this phone is dual 4G volte capable?

2018-08-12.png

I put in my m1 and singtel sim and both shows the VOLTE icon. BUT, i don't use calls enough to be able to tell the quality difference and whether it's actually working or not. Haha.

wat Tg or Sp u all using ? it is the screen is curved ?

Sent from Honor 10 Phantom Blue using GAGT

It has a plastic lip around the front panel and there is a very very tiny curve into that plastic lip. But other than that it looks mostly flat. I'm not using any SP. BTW that plastic lip is good for durability.

:/

This or mi max 3? About $70 difference.

See your needs, both phone are good.

Honor Play is for gaming.
Max 3 is more for multimedia and light gaming.

Although honor play is 6.3" but isn't big at all....felt like holding S9+
Trying adapt to emui tho.... the camera & speaker really cui...

the good thing against xiaomi is global set with 1 year warr....

can't comment much for max 3 now...still waiting for my set. But i got see people sell away their max 3 cause they felt too big.

Hi guys, just checking on the total amount of bloatwares within the phone, those unremovable ones.
How is the battery life based on daily usage?

I kept Game suite since i like the uninterrupted gaming feature. PUBG and Mobile legends I installed myself. But this is basically what's left that can't be disabled or uninstalled.

For me I can get over 6 hours of SOT pretty consistently for my normal usage, which include some gaming. But if using dual SIM will be lesser of course.

Thanks Alexz for the detailed screenshot. Just how did u do it into 1 pic?
Anyway it seems hw did a good job on the apps. Surprisingly lesser than LG and Sammy. Ur picture says it all! :)
Any idea if the red and black edition will be coming?

Anyone knows where to get the case locally?

This one is a bit hard, but at least there's a case inside the box. haha.

Oh, it's a built in feature. Once you take a screenshot at the bottom right corner there will be an option to do a long screenshot.

haha. this is after i removed a lot of the built in stuff though. It's still a little bit more than I would have liked. I mean i don't mind the first party huawei apps that much, but it's the third party ones like booking.com, lazada, etc, that I'm not a huge fan of. They also included a placeholder for quite a few games, probably a partnership with the developer. But those are just a few mb in size and just asks if you want to download the game when you tap on it.

But at least most of them can be removed, then i just run nova launcher to get that cleaner look. good enough for me.

last i heard, the black colour player edition will be released at a later date? but no idea when though? Red i think not coming here.

For Samsung phone that's a way to change CSC setting to remove all Telco stuffs, do Huawei or Honor phone have such settings to change?

Not that I know of. Cause the Telco stuff are downloaded after you insert the Sim, unlike Samsung. Just have to delete them afterwards. :/

Thank you so much for the information. Yeay. I would prefer it to b stock or least closer to stock. But I'm attracted by the battery and screen size. Time for me to move on from an old V10.

Nowadays with honor and hw Nova the low and mid range market has a lot device to choose. Not to forget xiaomi

Think big brands like Samsung stressed to keep up the price and spec.
