Cannot collect in-store, they don't hv stocks only the free gifts. U need to get in touch with Lazada team for further help on the cancellations

Feel is definitely can feel. It is opening stuffs a bit slower than flagships for sure or even my OnePlus 13R with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. However, decent speed la compared to cmf phone 2 pro. Can still feel it is slightly faster then it
