How come scholars route promo faster than experience veterans?

if u are leading a big company, u want the top level to at least have someone with mbas right.

if ur doing big data ai, then surely phd in ai is someone u want, who can help u solve probelsm in that area. what good is a 40y it support manager going to do.

same for many problem solving type like economists, consultants, even programming, etc
i would say at the start they may have a head start

but if scholars f up after that also will get stuck

if u just want someone who can answer the phone for customer service or draw a nice logo like designer then obviously u dont need a very smart and capable guy right.

but if u want to promote this person to lead a big team, u think smart and capable ppl will tolerate working for stupid and nasty ppl who only bullsheet daily long term (even if this person controls their paycheck)?

if u making policies to deal with covid at the national level, surely u want the best virologists in ur team right? or u want some 65yo finance manager? lol.

Yeah, meanwhile some of our ministers have no degree nor exp related to their ministry. LOL

The twisted logic is:

When farmer do their work well, it juz means they are a good worker. It doesnt mean they proved themselves for higher appointment. Since good workers are hard to come by, farmers should continue to work.

When scholars studied well, it automatically means they have higher POTENTIAL to lead. They cork up their work is ok, since leaders are supposed to lead the farmers; not do their work.

This is sg meritocracy. And it usually leads to one phenomenon. Staffs are either very old or very young. The middle level all quit when they gasped the game.
Those who don't get into uni aren't even farmers. They are subsistence farmers, their lives wreaked havoc by graduates from Uptron ACL and the University of Khartoum
