R they making elpis orders the priority to complete now? If yes, then u may have to wait even longer.Rooth through Treoo. Chased several times, same reason given each time, backlog backlog backlog. Just wanted to know how I should adjust my expectations based on common experiences.
Currently We have #5439 #5540 #5503 #5502 #5577 #5504 #5550 #5226 #6783 #6787 #5688 #5681 #5715 #5693 #5646 #5742 #5705 #5678 #365 #361 #366 #376 #375
on the way, scheduled arrival 19th ~ 21th.
Apologies on the delays, now the lab has set aside all other orders and is working full steam on Elpis.![]()
*shrug* up for awareness then, reshell with Treoo/Rooth at your own risk. increased business volume is hardly any justification to force unreasonable delays down your customers' throats.
Guess I shouldn't have sent my JH13 to reshell in Null just 2ish weeks ago... With artwork and carbon fibre some more.
GG for me. Should have probably gone with Stage93 or Stereo.
Correct me if I am wrong.
Do note that Rooth and UM share the same lab. So be it Null Audio or Stereo they are sent to the same lab.
Thats why I am concern with my purchase of Elpis and Miracle. As I had ordered Elpis which had already taken more than 7 weeks. And I had ordered my Miracle on the 5th June. Now I am hoping that UM orders wont be affected due to the long list of Elpis orders as Null Audio had stating that Rooth side is putting aside all orders to concentrate on Elpis.

Quote Stephen goh: 'Well, this is definitely up to you.
Unique Melody and Rooth Lab are actually under the same company, but they have different technician groups working on these two different "brands/names".
So the head company decided that they will give UM and Rooth different discount products for this sale event.'
Apparently they are done in difference labs by different person. Workmanship wise also different, that's why price also different. Don't mix
