My 1st pc build:

Mobo: MSI Z87-G45
CPU: i5-4670K
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 1600mhz
Graphics: MSI Radeon R7-260x 2gb OC
Cooler: CM Hyper 212X
1 hdd 500gb
1 ssd 120gb
PSU: Probably getting the Corsair Rm series

But how much watts?? (+future upgrades)

Agreed, despite many bros recommendations here, my Corsair HX620W exploded in 2 years of usage out of 5 years warranty.

Only the corsair AX is well deserved.. they cut corners on the capacitors for RM series...

Seasonic G series or X series (If you have the budget) or superflower HX series good enough le.

btw bro... why 260x? if gaming that is not really the most bang for buck choice...

Your build is a big no no, emphasise too much on CPU platform and everything else and too little on graphics card. What's your budget then?

And that Corsair HX620W is slightly modified from the Seasonic S12II platform, and made in a Seasonic factory.




I agree that the CX and GS series are not suited for high end gaming systems running in tropical/desert climate, but HX and above stuff are mostly YMMV (ie luck).
