1. for letters once I see it and if not needed I will put into a plastic bag once it full throw it away
2. if your partner keep bring rubbish back and you know they won't use it throw it away for them

do a spring cleaning every 2 months

don't ask for his/her permission you know they won't use it just throw it away if still new put near the recycle bin

I told my helper to secretly throw some stuff out from the store when my wife was not around.
