hmmm alright thanks , but why do the compaines recommend like 600w power? if there are 2 cards wont that be a recommendation of 1200w power supply?

They recommend 600W, but that doesn't mean that your system will use exactly that amount of wattage. A single GTX770 draws 230W only, 1200W will probably be an overkill even for an SLI setup.

I think the budget of 3.9k is jus a figure for his school project.

Wow. TP budget so much? I wonder what would the budget be for your final year project. Haha.
Anyway who's gonna take that 3.9k baby home after the project?

am i suppose to click upgrade or custom install when reformatting?

Upgrade:
This option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, and keeps your files, settings, and programs in place on your computer.

Custom:
This option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, but doesn't preserve your files, settings, and programs. It's sometimes referred to as a clean installation for that reason.

ummmm , according to some of you guys , a 1333mhz ddr3 RAM is supported , but the motherboard supports a maximum of 16GB of ram which is enough right?
