How to make polyclinic appointment - Sengkang or Tampines poluclinic? I use health buddy. Always there is no slot. I was told I must book appoint at 10pm the previous night. Still there is no slot. Tried now for weeks already. Can I just walk in early in the morning? Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.

Best is to call in the morning today 7am to 8am. They will give you an appointment same day maybe in the afternoon. You walk in is waste of your time waiting.

can walk in but best is to go at 7am to 730am. confirm can see doctor. this is what me usually do when need to see doctor.

this is true if you go after 9am. 7 to 730am will be given morning slot.

Hi TS, give you a trick... The slots for GP consultation is open at 10pm every night, but more slots are available at 730am the following day.

This is a pattern I see from the app.. On some days, even if you zhun zhun log in at 10pm the previous night, you don't get any slots.. but you mother if she log in using her Singpass, will see many slots. So it seems the slots are opened up to different people. On some days, it will be the reverse, my mother log in she have no slots, but I log in I have many slots.... So see heng or suay...

Regardless, if you don't see any slots at 10pm, you need to wake up at 730am the next day, sure many many slots.. appointment time starting at 815am even... But these slots arr very quickly taken up if you log in late, no more liao.

So you can try at 10pm every night or 730am every morning to book your slots..

Mine is Toa Payoh polyclinic, super crowded one.

Because the slots for the morning and early afternoon had been fully booked so u get the late afternoon slots.

It depends on the type of patient u and ur mum are too. For diabetes patients they fall under teamlet and their queue number is different from normal patients.

Maybe that's why the queue availability for both u and her are different.

try not to go on monday or near public holiday. many taking mc. on a normal morning can get morning slot.

Just like if i want to book a dental slot for scaling and polish for few months later also cannot as they don't open the slots..
