Can do a garage sale especially goods like electrical stuff that are still functional to use. Can get back some money and same time help others to get useful items at cheap price.

Can share how you do it?
Especially if a person like me has attachment, hard to throw away things not use for months..

Depends... Eg. Art pieces - take photos before throw, photos store in portable SSD can store many and one or two SSD won't take up much space...
Books can just borrow so don't buy so many...
Clothes if not my style to wear/ can't wear etc... Take photo then give away/donate/recycle...
Need to change mindset - limited space, 旧的不去，新的不来。need to clear the old to make space for new... So if you don't wish to clear the old then don't get new stuff...

Mine also about the same... Last time was my mom took back 50%... Now is my kids took out 75% when they were nicely packed to donate/recycle... =.=

My daughter do help, just min.
This morning throw away one black plastic full the cups n containers..

At least another 3 to 4 black plastic bags to go for my kitchen.

The decluttering of my house might takes months..very slow process.
But can see it getting lesser cluttered...
I still hv to deal with lots of court orders etc etc..

stuffs that are not essentials e.g.: decorative items, mementos, toys, etc. - take a few pics each and throw/give them away immediately.

for those that you're undecided, pack them into boxes. if you don't need them after 3 months, arrange to have them given/thrown away.

don't open the box because you'll get attached to the items again.
