Just returned back to SG permanently a few weeks ago after >10 years of working overseas, and got an SMS about a week ago from 72255:

"Please be informed that your IPPT window has opened. Please complete your HSP. Plan your fitness training and book your IPPT/NS FIT at OneNS Portal".

Since I was on long term exit-permit, my unit is "-" from ns.gov.sg. It shows Health Screen Programme as required, and IPPT/NS FIT window closes in the middle of this year (one day before my birthday). It also mentions "You are unable to book IPPT or NS FIT as you have yet to be certified fit. Please book an appointment for Health Screening Programme (HSP) through e-Health".

So looks like I should be booking HSP appointment via safhealth.gov.sg, but in that website, under Appointments->Book An Appointment, there are no events for me to book.

In ns.gov.sg, there is an faq that addresses this issue:

Why can’t I see any events for appointment booking?
The appointments that you can book are based on several eligibility conditions. If you need to book an appointment but it is not available for booking, please call your respective Personnel Admin Centre for assistance.

Under personal admin center contact list, I see that there are different contact numbers for various Army camps/medical-centers in the East vs West. I assume those camps house the unit that an NSman belongs to?

So in my situation, since I don't have a unit, my best bet is to contact NS Call Center @ 1800-367-6767/contact@ns.gov.sg ?

HSP slots are notoriously difficult to book online - you may also wish to call SAF HSP Centre directly for assistance (I think NS Call Centre will direct you to them too)

They may also auto-schedule you for the next available appointment at the Medical Centre your unit is assigned to. For me, I was waiting till slots opened up at the HSP Centre, but after a couple of missed reminders to book, they just threw me a slot at my camp's MC...

In any case I think the loop is there - never go HSP -> cannot take IPPT -> kena charge as IPPT defaulter if it drags on that long.

Hi all, going for a HSP soon, have 2 questions:
1. Is Seletar Medical Centre in Seletar Camp?
2. If yes, will they let me in without an SAF 100? Somehow the HSP came prebooked (and I rescheduled it) and there is no SAF 100 for it. The maximum I can provide is a screenshot of the safhealth website
