This is from Singtel website. I did a quick check, LTE 1800 or 2600 means band 3 or band 7, these are in the US model specs as well. But, after checking the specs listed in HTC SEA website, it did include band 8.
I guess this means if import sets from US, can still use but only on band 3 and band 7. Does the sets bought from mobyshop include band 8?

Yeah. Can tell the top is high, bottom is low when you're listening close to the phone. Further apart the sound just blend in together. Hard to explain... But like for phone with bottom speaker you can tell the sound is from the bottom. On the HTC 10 the sound is like emanating from the whole front of the phone. Hahaha

Maybe that was how it looked like in actuality?

I thought so too, until a friend bent his Z5 on the first day. Bend tests of the Z5 corroborated the very weak point near the power button.
It's a good phone but HTC's marketing decision is messed upthink this is a must buy phone liao
