Mayday had being their spokesman for the past few phones and they just released details of their new album yesterday.

UPDATE (19 May 2016) — HTC has responded with the following: HTC has not confirmed nor denied that they will be offering HTC 10 in Singapore at the moment. Conversations are still going with all parties.

My 6p start to lag badly, and so far s7 and mi5 have the least lag (time for camera to start up / time for shutter to click)

The bundled AC charger is universal voltage but the plug is Taiwan/USA type, so u just need a simple adapter to plug it into the wall socket in Singapore.

Output from the AC adapter is the same regardless of the input voltage, so no change in charging speed.

I guess htc is trying to gauge initial customer demand for htc 10 before making more units and committing availability to more countries. They probably have a stockpile of HTC 10 Lifestyle that no one wants.

Will 2016 be the year htc exit mobile phone business? We can only hope, and feedback our interest at htc.sg Facebook page

If htc 10 do come to Singapore, I want the silver body with black front.
Apparently all countries except US and possibly Taiwan gets silver body with white front.

Based on feel, didn't use stopwatch:

Shutter lag is almost non existent when HDR is disabled.

Camera takes less than 1.5s to start from home screen, and less than 2s to start from double swipe down when screen off.

Saw the Mayday SG Concert ad on the Rock Records Singapore Facebook, Aug 5 & 6, no indication of HTC as sponsors or title sponsor .... they listed others like 313, Mitsubishi etc.

I am shipping in a few cases and screen protectors from USA. Should be getting them next week. It's been very stressful using the phone without protection, fortunately no accidents yet.

Only complaint for me, is the white balance is off during cloudy days.
