IMO, I would rather have a phone with smooth experience as compared to the S7 or S7E. I'm holding onto the S6 now, and it's just annoying to have my apps closed automatically due to the lack of ram. What's worst is the apps are crashing. Never ever going back to samsung again. ( I lost my M7...)

Opps.. I made you a dealer for the 10....

My wife is using the S7e, I have been getting complaints from her the past few days, phone stutters then reboots. No new apps installed since I got the phone for her about 1 month back. Hope the recent update will solve this problem.

HTC 10 not coming to Singapore (Hope Telco can work out with HTC).
Siao liao...if no local warranty, HTC easy to be defective.

Singtel says that there is no information (as usual) and that you should "stay tune to updates on their website". I guess that sort of means that there is a chance for the telcos to bring it in? If it is a confirmed no they would have just said that it won't be coming right?

tried to ask starhub from their community, standard reply ... see from the other post say m1 and singtel says not coming in etc. So maybe we need to sign a petition and hand in =P

Found a Taiwanese set available from eBay --- http://r.ebay.com/2P7ZGq

Seems to be a decent deal, since it's cheaper than the US set posted for USD625 earlier
Free shipping via DHL, not sure how the import duties are handled when it arrives in SG though.

Will never be using Samsung, too many gimmicks that takes up ram and lags up the phone. Currently using a Note 5. Phone heats up pretty easily too, signal gets weak and LTE feels slower. It might have been just my device but it spoils my image of the brand. Hate it that Samsung switched the recent apps and back button on all of its products which proved difficult to get used to. Minor stuff include when holding using left palm, its very easy to accidentally press the recent apps button and the "Close All" closes everything including chrome tabs which is very very inconvenient. Having used One X, HTC One M7 and M8, iPhone 4S, iPhone 6, Nexus 6P and finally the Note 5, my favourite will still be the M8 and 6P

Although I love the AMOLED display and several other features like S Note and the S Pen. IMO Samsung is way too mainstream and overrated. The camera cannot be compared to iPhone but its fair enough and still slightly better than HTC's offering. Would be getting the 10 soon in June if there isn't any news about telcos bringing it in.

Bro, grass is always greener on the other side.. On your issue with Chrome, you do know that latest Chrome (actually has this feature for a few months already) has this option call Merge tabs and apps? If you dont want the "close all" to close your browsing tabs, disable that.

Not too sure about N5 since I've only used it for a few weeks before trading it to get a N6P but my experience with S7E has been quite positive.. Prior to the update, the screen and edge sensitivity has been the biggest hassle especially when using it with one hand. However, I'd since added a case and the latest update solved that for me so now it has been pretty damn good. TW is always less smooth compared to stock android but it has gotten a lot better with the S7E.. It even bearable now that I do not have to install 3rd party launcher.. Yes, its not butter smooth like the N6P but it is pretty good especially after you set Windows animation, Transition animation and Animator duration scale down to 0.5x or even 0..

What I am most happy about S7E is the battery life and the phone is not even warm after gaming for a while. My S7e can usually last 7-7.5hr SOT (my best record being 8.5hrs SOT without bluetooth ON) with over 40hrs standby time where my N6P would get 6-6.5hr SOT with about 30hrs standby at best.. Now I only charge my phone once every 2 days which I cannot get on my N6P.

Anyway, hope to hear your review after you got the HTC10. I'm sure its a fast phone being the latest and greatest..

Folks at the Taiwanese forums tested the highest end UHS-I SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB microSD card on the HTC 10.
It's great to see the phone can extract most of the performance from the card!

Just got HTC 10 to try... So far quite smooth but need to let it settle down for few days...

In my ranking so far...

Nexus 6p smoothest jitter free OS even after weeks of usage but camera is laggy and size a bit too wide.

S7 smooth and fast os but typing is a pain because keep reverting back to Samsung original keyboard... Also screen a bit weird sensitivity.

Mi5 excellent value for money is is fast and smooth and excellent battery life but China set means no Google play store and camera not as good as 6p or S7.

Now HTC 10 seems really solid. Smooth jitter free OS screen sensititivity and typing seems good. Camera in between S7 and 6p. Will update as I use it more. Biggest problem now is heavy and I got the spigen case which makes it damn fat.

Any one got recommendation for HTC 10 super slim case?
