Folks any one with the black model can comment on the tendency to attract finger prints? I think the silver avoids it better but want some thoughts on the black. Thanks

No obvious fingerprints marks will be formed with our naturally oily fingers but you can tell when there is a smudge. ;)

Thank you for your mail. We really appreciate your passion and support to HTC brand, thank you. We are working to bring HTC 10 to Singapore by August with all the operator partners.

Warm regads,
Faisal

Anyone guessing that it is because of the three telcos for the delay?

@foosoomin I guess I have to play the tahan game.

HTC marketing really fail BIG TIME, launch in August must well say okay forget it we give up on Singapore market. Most people will hold get Note 7 and one more month new iPhone is here and people will queue to get these two phones for sure.

LOL idk what is HTC thinking, their SEA markets really CMI already, the whole HTC management really have some sort of issue. In the beginning so strong but after just 5 years they are barely surviving. They need to fire the whole stupid Taiwan HQ team. I won't be surprise that if in 5 to 10 years time HTC is gone, they are doing nothing to save it.

As quoted: "HTC’s problem isn’t with the phone itself, but rather its marketing and advertising. Sadly, the Taiwanese company’s presence in Singapore has diminished greatly over the past couple of years.

With so little advertising, HTC will find it hard to compete with newer players such as Huawei and Oppo, let alone established ones like Samsung and LG. With the iPhone 7 expected to be released in a few months time, HTC may just lose more ground to the competition."

Hi qyc,

Since you are Huawei trial tester, how do you think about Huawei customized interface ? Is it as friendly as HTC one ?

well there's no app drawer so it's like a iOS homescreen (with widget), i just put everything into a folder to keep it neat. Initially I thought of using Google Now Launcher but this works just fine for me since I always have my app on my homescreen.

overall it's not that hard to get familiar with it, gesture like "knuckle knock" to take screenshot are pretty useful. Although it's heavily-skinned but it isn't tough to use for all Android users.

I think there's a news that HTC is going to provide Sense UI to non-HTC phone? http://www.techtimes.com/articles/1...non-htc-androids-currently-in-closed-beta.htm , you can always get a feel of HTC in the future with other devices.

Honestly the Trial User wording is too distracting lol, am I here to bash HTC 10? absolutely not, I planned to get a HTC 10 dark grey in the first place too, but it just not coming to Singapore even until now.

I thought the rear camera will be decent and OIS-front camera will be good for my selfies need, but others provide more interesting concept this year overall (Samsung waterproof/LG & Huawei dual camera etc). It's definitely a solid phone but time's running out. Maybe HTC 11 then.
