On a side note, I have a HTC 10 tempered glass. Able to give for free since I sold my HTC 10 like months ago. Not the Orzly premium kind ah, but gives good enough protection anyway haha. PM if interested.

double tap to sleep only works at lock screen. it does not work after you unlock the phone.

Might hv been mentioned here b4. Found out only today due to polarisation, HTC10 screen can only been seen through your sunglasses at landscape position. Was wondering why can't I see the screen while I was driving with the phone clipped at the dash.

There's 2 suppliers for the 10's LCD: Tianma and Sharp. Users from XDA reported that they are polarized differently. I guess your LCD should be from Tianma.

You were using polarizing sunglasses? that's normal, LCD work by blocking light. you can try it with your LCD monitor, or any display that use LCD tech.

Its a new experience for me as my M8 did not have this issue.

It does, as long as it use LCD, you probably didn't notice it. some may not black out completely, due the how the polarizing filter position, but they will at least darken substantially.
