i lost my phone battery cover
where can i get one?
my phone reception not that good after i lost it

Yep, your reception will definitely suffer without the battery cover.. The antenna is located there. You can try askin in the marketplace in hwz, but your best bet would probably be heading down to HTC Service Centre at Harbour Front.. You might wanna call them to ask for stocks or alternative stores before heading down

help needed

hey guys.. im new here.. my legend went thru some unwanted natural disaster. i placed my phone in my jeans pocket and while riding, it rained as such my legend got wet.

i managed to dry my handphone using some tips i saw on youtube... however now my volume up button doesnt respond, my seacrh n back button doesnt respond and my scroll button cannot click but can scroll right to left. To make matters worst , my water damage indicator has turn red and HTC service centre says cannot use warranty. they would charge me $300 to $500.. dat sucks..

any guys out there can lend me a help coz my shops i asked said they dun repair htc legend.

Anyone else having their power button getting unresponsive? It's only been a year, and now turning on/off the screen requires a few tries.

Wear and tear. Try using custom ROM and use trackpad wake. Install widgetsoid and use the "lockscreen" widget to turn off your phone screen :)

Bro, you should sync your contact to google. Much easier that way :)

And imho, for custom ROMs etc better to try if the source is XDA. It's up to you though ;)

Still avaliable?

Is the HTC Legend still avaliable?
I saw a display unit with pricing at a SingTel retail store, does it mean it's still avaliable?

Where can I buy the red version? Does SingTel have it?

But before the Legend was discontinued did Singapore have the red edition? At which telco?

Yep, this model was discontinued because HTC had amoled supplies issue. Telco used to sell both black and red versions. I've seen an all black version of the legend before on a website and it was totally awesome. I don't think HTC brought the all black version to SGP though, quite a pity..

I think it's pretty hard to get a brand new set of the legend already, good luck in getting one!

all three telcos USED TO have it until the HTC announced that they're not producing HTC Legend anymore. It's kinda hard/impossible to get brand new sets anymore unless some local shops still have it brand new on the shelf cause they can't sell it..
