Hi all,
Might be bringing a brand new Nexus 9 32GB LTE back from Taiwan after CNY (23rd Feb).
Let me know if anyone is interested.
Thanks.

Just flashed the rom to Cyanogenmod12 Flounder. Everything seems ok and testing it. Gmail doesn't seem to work though.
Apart from that so far so good. :)

Any rom flashers out there also?

Available RAM

Can someone check?
How much RAM is available for program use on the N9?

e.g. Nexus 10 has 2 GB RAM, but only 1 GB is available for programs use.

Seems that the N9 wifi isn't stable and doesnt connect at some hotels. Being a frequent traveller this is really frustrating. Maybe its some security settings at hotels and incompatibility with N9s IP or Mac settings.

So far no problems. I travel a lot also but this is my first issue. Maybe it is not due to N9 but Cyanogenmod12 which I installed that did something to the WiFi.

yes I couldn't connect to one of the hotel WiFi last month when I went taiwan.

Now in Thailand no problem with hotel or airport.

I googled the issue and concluded the problem is with older routers.

Sent from HTC Desire EYE using GAGT

I had problem @ Westin KL a couple of days ago. Before that had no issues at Aloft KL and W Hotel, Bangkok. When I first bought my N9 in Jan, I used it for the first time at Sheraton D-Cube Seoul and had also intermittent inconnectuivity.

Heading over to Sheraton Bangkok & Sheraton Penang next. Followed by Westin Tokyo & Westin Taipei in 2-3 weeks time. Will test it out again :)

You can see that I am staying at Starwood only (Platinum member) but it means they are not using same routers.
I need to audit all their hotels..lol :D

Does anyone have this problem?

I bought the 32gb wifi N9 from Japan recently.

When I plug in a USB cable to the N9 to sync to the PC, the PC doesnt detect this at all.

Yes, I did tick it as either a media player or the camera thingy.

Please assist...

Thank you in advance.
