Buy from Amazon USA. On certain days might get discount. Last I saw 32gb WiFi white price slashed by USD40. Shipping to SG should be free also since >125. RMA back to Amazon US also should be hassle free

Anyone tried to sideload 5.1 to nexus 9? Mine can detect otg thumb drive but when plug to laptop can't detect let alone sideload to 5.1

the image for Nexus 9 is not available yet (I think)
On the USB, perhaps the laptop/PC is trying to insall some driver.
Change another port and try again...

Happened to my Nexus 7 before. After you plugin, go to Device Manager, remove/uninstall the android device (?).
Unplug and plugin again, it should detect and install the correct driver.

How much RAM is available for program use on the N9?

e.g. Nexus 10 has 2 GB RAM, but only 1 GB is available for programs use.

Seems that Nexus 9 has about 800+ MB RAM for apps use.

Wah that bad ah. I find Nexus 7 is heavy but cos i can hold with 1 hand i'm not complaining. Need to have a feel with my hands then i can decide. Was the build quality good? Cos they said the back somewhere in the middle can feel the hollowness
