Looking to get a HTPC on a small budget for the below purpose:

1) Playback 1080p video and up to 4k if possible
2) Output to HDTV or 4k TV in future
3) Need HDMI output

Cost - 400 SGD or less

Do not need:
- Keyboard n Mouse
- OS

Video playback nope igpu enough le. If want play games even 290 not that powerful enough to play 4k games smoothly

You will need a GPU.

Normal onboard max support is 1080p.

To support 4k you will need a gpu to output the 4k.

It is pointless, hdmi spec do not allow 60fps in 4K, wait for hdmi 2.0.
