Nope, but you can use the finger print reader to bring down notification panel. No DTTW feature, I read it somewhere it's in the code, perhaps Huawei has a plan for it.

Anyway just wanna double check on mobile shops receipts and warranty.

I understand most sets from mobile shops could be recontracted sets sold to them, then sold to other people with receipt from say Mobile ABC.

Let's say the set was recontracted on 25 Dec 2017, then someone bought from ABC on 10 Jan 2018.

Warranty on Huawei website should be until 25 Dec 2019 because it will be activated most likely.

Will the warranty still be recognized to 10 Jan 2020 based on receipt or will the warranty still be until 25 Dec 2019 only but still a valid warranty?

Oh ok, but warranty is still valid anyway as long as is local sets, just that it will start from activation date I guess? 1 month difference is fine.

should start from day of activation.

if the phone is BNIB, not activated at telco, the warranty should starts on the day it's activated.

but if it's activated at Telco, then the warranty should be the same as the receipt date.

Oh ok, so same as Apple?

Receipt not that important.

Which is good, because all tracked digitally, some brands now still make use of physical receipt to ensure purchase date.
