So the SingTel wifi issue is really a thing?

Using WiFi is painfully slow at times, sometimes it works well sometimes it's damn slow, iPhone no problem at all.

But 4G data is ok.

quite a few people pointed their fingers at the singtel router as a culprit, me included, just have to turn off and turn on the wifi when that slowness happens.

Something related to battery which I found on HiCare app. Solved the mystery why battery times seem shorter.

Why do I get different usage times for the same level of battery power displayed in Phone Manager? http://consumer-tkb.huawei.com/tkbapp/607286_show.html

The estimated remaining usage time displayed inÂ*Phone ManagerÂ*is based on your activity in the last 7 days. So even when the remaining battery level is the same, the estimated remaining usage time will vary based on differences in phone usage. This is normal and does not indicate that your phone is faulty.

Managed to solve it. Format the phone and it is now able to get prime now and other apps to work.

Kinda strange. Cause when I got the phone yesterday, I didn't install everything. This morning when I updated the firmware, I noticed a lot of apps not compatible. Clear cache for play store and formated the phone and now it's back to normal. Very weird.

Anyone using alway on display and encountered screen blacked out when you unlock your phone using fingerprint? You can hear the unlock sound but the screen just don't turn on. So you need to press the lock button and unlock again. Happen to me a couple of times

hi. just got the mate 10 pro ytd. amazing phone so far. but one thing I cannot grasp is the vibration/silent mode.

when I'm in vibration mode, if I do not turn on the vibration setting for individual apps, there won't be vibrations. if I do, when I switch back to sound mode, there will still be vibrations.

is this normal? came from iOS where all sound/vibration settings are centrally controlled.

settings > sound> vibrate in silent mode

hi thanks. I've already turned that on. but if in the app (eg WhatsApp), I turn off vibration, it will not vibrate when in vibration mode. if I turn it on and when in sound mode, I'll have both sound and vibration.

is there anyway to set it as sound mode only sound. and still keep the vibration when in vibration mode?

I think it's probably the installation or motherboard issue.

previously my DND and ultra battery saver mode toggle cannot be turn on/off from the shortcut. I need to go into the settings to toggle it.

but after I change the motherboard, both this toggle works perfectly from the shortcut.

Hi all, just switch from LG G5 to mate10 pro phone last week.
Would like to check how to get the unread badge count for emails, watapps, etc?
Do i have to download other launcher for this to work?
Right Now it only show a color dot for new\unread messages.

thanks
