Thanks alot do let me know ya :)

The CSO online says its a charger only...
So pathetic

Oh well, my recontract voucher ends on 31oct. Was thinking to wait for The Tech Show convention at suntec. Singtel doesn't allow to extent the voucher and might as well recontract online + $30 off online purchase

i just read GSMArena's review.. the battery life is worser than the M10P by almost 13%, which is surprising considering how much HW waxed lyrical about the improved battery efficiency of the new Kirin 980. No wonder they had to up the battery to 4200mAh, else it'll be even worse.

When M10P first came out, it wasn't that well optimized so battery life is mediocre also.. it took HW a few updates before battery life starts to shine. I'm sure M20P wouldn't be any different considering there are bugs here and there to be fixed before it's optimized. Also note that the AI take some time to work so give it some time before judging battery life

I think I’m keeping my p20 pro. Missing the fast fingerprint scanning, screen is not curve edge and easier to find protector also. Unless it’s mate x, then will consider.

If you don't need that raw power, added features, P20P is still a great phone but M20P is just a different league when it comes to speed. Android phones has never been able to beat iPhones when it comes to speed test on launching app/games but M20P has just turned the table around..

Changed to screen protector instead of tempered glass. $22 at Xgear at waterway point. Fingerprint scanner works perfect now.

Temporary solution until Whitedome or full adhesive tempered comes along

The scanner is really fast

Also, ibanking login with fingerprint works!
Thanks for the recommendation, just had mine done there and it's a night and day difference compared to the TG from Challenger.

no word on local release. your best bet for now is JB set from 11 november onwards.
I ordered from Thailand and the authorised set even cheaper than sg. Mate 20 x. Pro series also cheaper. Singapore really everything more expensive now.

All sets to be collected on 9th november

Sent from HUAWEI CLT-L29 using GAGT

Did you all enable Master AI setting in the camera app?

Any difference if it's enabled or disabled?

Posted from PCWX using SONY SUMIRE

Enable.. Makes everything idiot proof. Only slightly annoying thing is when it detects any humans it will switch to portrait mode which u can X off

Yes. Been going to them everytime I got a new phone (mi5s plus, mi mix, Oneplus 5, Oneplus 6, and now mate 20 Pro), their prices are not ridiculous but their application techniques and service is awesome.

They use sponges, and make sure every speck of dust is removed, use a hot air blower etc to make sure everything is perfect also.

See the xz3 vs iPhone XS Max. Sony already wins in most tests.
So I don't understand what do you mean by never win

As long as your tempered glass is full adhesive, the fingerprint is damn fast actually and damn convenient if you're a driver like me (vs fingerprint in the back)
