I have problem with my Mate 20. The volume button don't work like my Mate 9. When I press the volume it's adjust the media instead of ringtone n when i manual adjust the ringtone vol it's will sound the ringtone. Anyway to solved?

No not normal. You might have a rogue app. Do a factory reset and monitor. If problem persists then it might be hardware problem

Just try to use a QC3 cable previously for my LG G5 which is quick charge to test on Mate 20 with the super quick charge come with the phone, seem like cannot super charge, anyone tried with other cable with work with or need to get back huawei cable ? I need a 2m cable, thanks

You need to get a cable that support 5A charging. Regular charging cable can only support Fast Charging (18W). With 5A compatible cable you can do Super Charging (22.5W and 40W). I got my 2m 5A cable from Taobao. Works fine with both Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro

You need cable that can transmit 5A current, the contact plates at the side are enlarge.

Type A to C cables, from left: One Plus DASH, OPPO VOOC, Huawei 5A

Compare to ordinary Type A cables with QC fast charge of 3A
