Got anyone went for inspection but failed the test?? Bringing mine to service centre tmr. Mine less than 5 days of use, since first day already got green bleed on left edge. Scared not as serious as some other people whole screen green, then they don't want exchange for me sia..

I am using. NO problem but take note:

1. If the Versa was paired with another phone before, disable that phone and restart versa for the phone to detect and pair

2. Syncing is much slower than what it was with iOS. Need to pull down the screen several times to initiate syncing, if it doesn't

MY sis-in-law is having the same problem as well and she is using P20 pro.

I needed to know as well... recently I tried a screen protector, once put on, the onscreen finger print does not recognise my thumbprint. Need a screen protector that works.

I reported issue around 4th November and said they would call me when stocks are available for replacement/repair. They called last Wednesday and said I can come and need about 4 hours as they need to test the replacement unit. It lasted for about an hour or less for me. They also took the old box and accessories and replaced with a sealed unit.

they only took ur name and contact number behind the queue slip?

did they sent any confirmation? or we just wait and wait and wait for the call?? i feel so paranoid because i went to the service centre and it took me less than 3 mins for the whole process - only asked for name and contact number & inspected my phone for 2 seconds..
