I think you should stick with xiaomi first if security issues and malicious spyware is or concern.

Nowadays like a lot of news about huawei.
Not saying their are not safe but who knows haha
All mobile companies do collect our data, just dont know what they do with it.

True. Yes my concern is about the security and malicious software as I do keep a lot of personal info on my phone.

I always knew that Chinese phones in general collect a lot of data, but Huawei is particularly notorious and infamous for it with spyware and stealing of info. Xiaomi may be doing the same thing but I think they are that little bit more cautious and give consumers more option in disabling data collection.

Ok then. I will stick to Xiaomi as advised. Thanks!

I dont know whether this affext nova launcher users only or all users.
The swipe up and hold to access recent task was buggy for me and when in recent task, you cant switch to the app on the left or right without swiping the app to the center.

Swipe up to home is smoother too.

Doesnt really affect the usage but still good to see it fixed.

ooh this is a bug? i'm using buzz launcher and it's like that too. i thought it's actually how it's supposed to be.

Ya that the one on left/right cannot be recalled was v irritating to me. But I didn't even notice the fix till u mentioned. Thanks.

One strange thing though. I am also on M1 but I got 183 update on 25th?

Received the UV glue one, it was a mess and ruined two of the protectors, waiting to receive the non uv glue ones

Agree, tried the UV one today and it does not fit Spigen Rugged Armour case at all. Suitable for people not using it with any cases.

Huawei software still very buggy. If you have work profile, after every update they'll ask you to key in lock screen passcode to re-enable work profile but it'll keep showing error despite keying in the right code. Gotta remove the entire work profile and add back again.........

Hi guys. Just changed from Xperia XZ Premium to Mate 20 Pro. So far find that my battery is depleting quite fast. Mine maybe a couple of minutes of usage will drop 1% even only on light usage such as web browsing, replying to whatsapp etc. Screen is at fhd+ only and location off. Nothing much in background.

Hi, may I know how do you remove the entire work profile? I tried and it still goes back to keying lock screen password which also keep showing error.
What i did is uninstall all the work profile apps and set up again to get it working

It say wechat is running
Touch for more information or stop the app

After scroll down , the msg will disappear in few second. Don't know whats going on leh

Happened to me also before (even though I disable wechat running in background). If no ATBs are constantly messaging you, i think it should be fixed with the 183 update

183 here but didn't fix. I didn't have this problem when I bought the phone. Only after an software update then it started to appear.
