From the reply to other users were while stock last and not guranteed. Maybe they just wanted to assure this user? Still it is better to be early to avoid disappointment.
Yes already mentioned a lot of times only purchase at CWP comes with the premium.
And the 3 other stores in the 2nd image you posted, some mentioning 50 sets per stores.

As I have suggested, if they really ran out of stock, they probably ask you to collect at a later date, as long as you made the purchase in CWP; unless they have prepared 1:1 premium and phone, which is unlikely

Actually I seen some reports online that mentioned that current phones that uses optical in-display fingerprint sensor isn't really considered to be really better than existing physical capacitive fingerprint sensor such as the one on Mate 20 and 20 X.

Accuracy is actually still better on physical capacitive fingerprint sensor.

Umm it’s not meant to be better than the physical fingerprint scanner, at least not so soon yet. It’s the solution to having more screen by removing the front physical fp scanner.

They quoted "only at CWP atrium for the redemption." maybe they really have 1:1. The question is whether they have enough m20/p stock at the roadshow. Last nova 3i launch rosdshow ran out of stock for the gradient color. To be collected at a later time while freebie was collected on the spot.

I saw the M20p demo set at huawei bugis last night that has tempered glass (not covering the notch) applied. It covers the full curved viewable display. But dun think it's the default out of the box. Quite thick glass.
