LOL, huawei has banned my facebook account from doing any comment because I've been informing all the affected customers about the fact, while huawei smoke bomb them by saying the green tint is a "feature". You guys should head to their facebook page and flood their thread with your issue in order for them to recognize it and do something about it.

Don't believe their PM, as long as there's no official statement, they will take their time and ignore you guys, while you guys can't use the PM against them.
since its sent out from their official account, i guess we still can use it to screw them up

I found that the GPS pinpoint location is not accurate. When playing Pokémon Go or JW Alive, the location pointer is not accurate. It was not moving when I was walking. It will jump to another location after I walked quite a distance and the new position is not accurate too. Huawei make a statement that the GPS is more accurate than other brand, but I feel it is much weaker compared with my old phone-iponex. Any expert can teach me how to solve this problem. Thank you

I find the GPS for the Huawei phone excellent. Best I've used amongst Samsung, xiaomi, Oneplus. Even in cbd with tall buildings it locks on damn fast.

anyone manage to have Google Pay working well on Mate 20?
when I open the Google Pay app, it will auto prompt a lock screen login, follow by a signin page to Google account. when I type in my Gmail account, it will says account is already on this device.

You don't even have to access the app to pay for Google pay. Once the card is registered in your Google pay account and you have NFC enabled, just unlock your phone and bring it to the terminal to pay.
Will auto deduct one.

Yes huawei has excellent customer service, maybe because of not many users.
I bought their mate 7 and I encountered some problem, brought back and they one to one exchange.

Huawei warranty and CS is top notch. Try samsung lol they will flat out reject any 1 to 1 exchange.

Actually me too but based on my previous experience with Mate 9, eventually the screen protector will get scratched so thinking of ordering a tempered glass on standby. That is if I don't change to the Pro. Waiting for Huawei to announce how they going to remedy the screen issue.

Me 3. The default sp is really high quality. Doesnt get greasy and till now no scratches on mine.

But to be honest, the cameras on the Pro is much better. Waiting for Huawei to sort out the screen issue and I might sell off my Mate 20 for the Pro.

I can't get mine to work yet. NFC is on. Tried twice and so far haven't work yet. Maybe I tap the wrong place. Previously on iPhone and Apple Pay worked flawlessly. A bit disappointed by this.

This is the reason why we should demand quality.... some people think we are just nitpicking.

QC issues no matter how small can escalate quickly in times to come.

Normally, first batch of hardware will have small issue here and there. Usually it will be fix after feedback from market.

yes, this one i must agree, besides the camera, the GPS is one of the best. you can try doing the walking. in the past when you fix on a place to go via walking, you got to wait a walk before you get the direction right. This one, you fix it and almost instantly, you know which direction to go.....amazing...other then that, the software and app really bad, not stable.

I find the GPS for the Huawei phone excellent. Best I've used amongst Samsung, xiaomi, Oneplus. Even in cbd with tall buildings it locks on damn fast.
