Huawei Mate 20

Mine is mate 20 pro..
have this problem.. when i press the side bar for volume.. this floating bar on right should hide within seconds or hide when i press the screen.. but it didnt.. i have to open google chrome, rotate the screen for it to make it go away..

is this the setting problem or some bug on the fone?

can anyone help me?

this happened to me yesterday, so bloody irritating!! omg somemore I was playing game.... I did a restart after that and seems fine.. only make it go away by rotating screen when i haven't done my restart... GRHHHHH

Depend on what kind of cover u're using. I used Spigen so to me colour make no difference.

I got the blue one at sitex. Its the more popular choice. So im gona use a transparent casing. Haha

Just go for Twilight if its Pro , if its non pro then go for blue

Hi guys. I bought my Mate 20 Pro during launch and serial number shows xx18A10xx. Does this mean it was produced 10 Oct?

Also I just downloaded the Device Info HW app and when opened it said "sprry but on your firmware, reading sysfs is disabled" - this normal?

How to find out what screen my phone is? Is it at the touchscreen section where it says "synaptics LAYA 17382 - LG - 01"

Does this mean mine is a LG panel?

never go black la. it's so boring. esp when huawei's colours are rather nice.

black has never gone OOS since launch which is already an indicator it's least fav among buyers

I think the black one is smooth and glossy while the blue one has a textured back.

telco stock always oos because everyone is recontracting then selling to the ah beng shops go shopee/lazada and see you will see plenty of stocks

On the question of warranty, does the huawei set start on the date of purchase or the date the phone is activated for the first time?

Suppose I bought from Ah Beng shop, and kena a unsealed but new telco set, does the warranty already start long before?

Or a further scenario say if I order online and receive a sealed box that I didn’t open until 2-3 weeks later due to overseas assignment, would the warranty start when I put in the SIM card for the first time or based on the online date of purchase or the date the delivery was received?

How does the Huawei care app determine the start date?

Manage to buy from Plaza Sing, starhub shop when i randomly called into their customer service to check for availability. Drove down there, still have stock so when you register your queue no. they will reserve a unit for you.

Lastly, any bros facing this bug with the Lockscreen wallpaper.
Whenever i set a Google wallpaper, awhile later it reverts back to the huawei generic lock screen walllpaper.
