Hi guys, just updated to android 10 as well. How do we clear cache? I used to do it after every software update but the volume up + home menu doesn't have the clear cache option anymore. Instead I see clear data. Is that it? Thanks

How the battery usage?

Personally I downgraded to 9.1 and the battery is better.

Backup your phone first.

Under phone settings,
1.search for HDB and allow it, open hisuite
2.connect phone to PC and click yes to allow connection on your phone.
3.click on upgrade on hisuite
4.click earlier version

Your pc will download the firmware and it will do the installation on the phone. Just leave it alone without unplugging the cable till the phone gets to the startup page

Yes it is like a factory reset. that's why the need to backup.

Select clear data, u will see 2 more menu options, one of it is clear cache.
