I'm still on 10.1.0.273. Do you happened to notice an odd rectangular icon at the Status bar appearing most of the time?

my mate20 also on .273 but i don't notice any retangular icon at the status bar. perhaps you want to share your screenshot.

Reported to the Huawei Support on this.

I tried resetting settings twice and both times still has issue.

Initially the icon didn't appear after reset, but after some time of usage, the icon appeared. And never left since. Grrrr.

I also updated to this version on my Mate20 pro. From the log, the update seems no features change, only improve system security with Andrid security patches.

How much time will it take for them to check and replace the battery in case if they find issue in batter?

My issue: Battery backup very bad, issue started few weeks back.

No. 2-3 hours if there is no long queue, else 1-2 days later.

I'm not really sure if your tempered glass was "removed" as it is not easy to remove tempered glass.

Mine was "removed" as well when I changed my Mate 9 battery and it was really changing to a new battery and new glass as a package.

With regards to waiting time, it depends. 2-3 hours turn-around is considered very fast for a service centre if you go early.

I totally agree 2-3 hours is good turn around. But they wasted my extra 2-3 hours, as mentioned, When I received my phone back, they didnt close the phone's back part properly and there was a 2-3 mm gap , they agreed their mistake and they took another 2 hours to rectify the same. They told when ever they change the battery they have to remove the tempered glass, when I asked about the same before giving for service they told the tempered glass will not be removed. After collecting the phone at around 5:30 they SMSed me at late night 10:30 PM to collect the phone. I was like Hmmm

My phone is working great as expected now.
But one thing I understood is that Huawei service is really pathetic

Anyone using Mate 20 having battery drain fast issue? Changed a new batt already.

Believe is due to all the newer updates and software causing it. Overnight drain like 8%

Using dual SIM
Wifi on
No apps open but background not sure
Check battery status seems ok

Should ask them on the spot to compensate since when they received the phone that time the screen protector was intact.
