Don't mind share with us if the notification feature is really that bad like someone here mentioned that it only shows number of notification only?

Currently just number only. I got used to it actually make me clear notification faster because irritated.

Someone told me unofficially they will have
Firmware update for that to make it have icon.

Pro benchmarks all slower than normal mate 9 (anandtech). Battery life expected to be worse, price higher by a lot for same version.
In SG no news for pro yet, and even if it comes (unlikely) have to wait maybe quite long time.

My personal opinion, between pro and normal, I choose normal. The pro I feel it goes against huawei philosophy for mate series. Screen is small, not mate. Fingerprint in front, not huawei not Google, is shitty fruit copy. Fingerprint should always be back panel.

I hate products which are not faithful to principles . The mate 9 normal is the most honest product faithful to original principles.

Actually saw the display Mate 9 at Best Vivo yesterday but unable to power up (it vibrates when you press it) and no price tag etc.

The contract price is very low for a flagship specs phone, dont know whether to wait for Pro or not. (the normal Pro with 6/128 instead of Porsche)

Malaysia will have, i am sure we also we get it by Dec.
