Hisuite error

When I connect my phone to pc for backup, I get this error 'An app is obscuring apermission request. Settings can't verify your response.' at the 'Allow connection in HDB mode' screen. Used to be ok before upgrade to Oreo.
Anybody knows how to solve this?
Thanks.

Unless you never use Google/Gmail account or choose not to save your contacts to Google account , else your contacts should be intact.

I'd never lost any contacts, even in the past when I use to install difference custom ROM on previous Android phone.

Am I the only one who doesn't seems to have any issues on Oreo?
Me too didn't encounter any issue now. Initially i encountered some app can't open but now ok le. Other then that, my battery life slightly better but charging time slightly longer.

Mate 9's cameras are very good and the battery life is amazing as well.

I am likely to get the Mate 11 when it launches this year, mainly for an even better camera with AI image processing.

yes, i have the same issues indoor.. and already on the highest accuracy

i don't tink it's a GPS issue. what i do to overcome it (altho' quite stupid) is to swipe down and select mirrorshare. then, when it says searching for devices, i select cancel. then GPS will recognise my location again. only works for a minute or so, then same thing all over again.

i suspect it's a power saving function, when you are indoors, it recognises you are indoors and switch off GPS hunting. when you try to select mirrorshare, it will "power up" the GPS again, that's why the error goes away.

need to write to huawei to ask them to include an option where GPS is always on (no power save).

how to write to them ah?
maybe in their website got e-mail them

So far no problem for me. But after upgrade, phone can get quite hot some times. Never experienced phone being hot on mate 9 before.

Same. Noticed sometimes the phone is hot. This only happened after OREO. And I can feel thru the casing!

Think the cpu throttling is not optimal or some process is not being controlled well

I have the same issue as well. This wastes battery power.
