Don't think so. It is only available for pre-order on Porsche store for now, probably limited qty as well.

It is probably amoled. As mentioned, official part number description alludes to amoled, I will confirm this when received stock.

For full HD, and not qhd, I am very very happy about that. For something I don't really see the appreciable difference between qhd and fhd, I am not willing to burn battery and increase heat. For purposes of VR I am convinced that real gamers will get their real gaming phone later in 2017.

Yes, I am quite worried that legacy pc manufacturers are trying to make Android like Windows and make money off bloatware. I can Uninstall bloatware but I hate it that the manufacturer don't respect me enough and push me bloatware off a phone I paid for with my own money. F them.

Can't confirm today. Maybe later tomorrow. Or when I get stock.

Actually the Mate 9 is too important for Huawei to cut costs. So if it's amoled or not amoled, it's purely engineering decision because price for both is the same now.

As we all know both amoled and lcd have their own good points. Amoled for example have alot of qc issues. Me, either would be good, as long as engineers considered the points.

Qhd and Fhd got diff. Only if you put them side by side and compare. Without putting them side by side to compare, you wont feel anything at all.
Coming from a S7E to P9 Plus, I dont think about the qhd screen.

Huawei is just as bad

At least with ZenFone i get 256gb storage to accomodate the 5 bloatwares, 6gb ram and snapdragon 821

Please do not use 1080p AMOLED....because unless Huawei uses RGB AMOLED, the 1080p pentile res and 6" size makes AMOLED looks way worser than IPS for reading text at 1080p

M9 becomes less desirable just like that.

Cost no issue means manufacturing to the spec, they won't cut corners. Porsche design unit is not really so expensive to make, it's matter of positioning. And license payments to Porsche.

Local set warranty is concierge service, meaning someone come to your house to collect defective set and also later return to you. Not bad also right?

Bro. Mate 9 only 1 spec annojncrd. 4gb ram, 64gb storage. It is the highest and only spec.

Porsche design mate 8 is different channel. Once the channel is official to distributors then it comes in.

It the same for both....emui is ugly as well.

In match both are hardly distinguishable, although zen ui lanucher is a popular replacement for emui in google websore.
