If you encounter any problem. Pls go to the default apps hicare to have a live chat with huawei support.

Damn they are so responsive and immediate action on how to troubleshoot your phone.

I encountered game not responding and stuck at loading page. Within 10mins they help me to solve this with on the developer setting etc.

This is definitely best phone with the correct setting that suit yourself.

Ok, I had just checked regarding the Mate9 warranty.

The phone with battery is covered under 2 years warranty.

Accessories is 6 months.

Screen is 1 year.

Hey guys, I was about to decide on the LG V20 already till I came across this Mate 9. I can't decide on which to get. Currently using LG G3, battery sometimes always heat up for no reason. In army I used a Huawei P1 Ascend non-cam, and it served me well.

In terms of price when I recontract, Huawei is $30 cheaper only. Any recommendation?

was an lg g4 user, personally don't think i'll go for lg anymore unless they fully fixed the bootloop issue. v20 may not bootloop now, but you never know what happens one year later.

the way they solved the issue on lg g4 was very shitty.

I am coming from V20 , i sold my V20 last week and got this . one thing I can tell you if you are an Audiophile , then V20 is the phone to get with good DAC , but if u are more towards camera ( specially Auto mode ) then mate 9 . eventhough the mate 9 is using Full HD display is gorgeous. i do miss the second screen for notifications. but the sheer performance and camera clarity I prefer the mate 9 . the mate has UFS 2.1 Storage and its super fast compared to the V20 .
the camera on manual is good onV20 but moment you zoom in it has the oil paint effect.

anyone on B136 noticing the phone idle eats more battery than screen? I have good signal in my place but still my phone idle is the top consumer in battery.

Thanks for the input! What is the average number of hours you will get from using the Mate 9?

V20 has a really good audio DAC. Mate 9 has superior battery life. The reason I got the Mate 9 is because the battery is much better and I have my own DAP + AMP. I also like the 2 year warranty by HUAWEI. But then again V20 has removable battery so it depends on what you prefer.

Huawei support team really very good sia.
Fast respond, courtesy, email replied on the same day as you send to them.

Even faced some issue with their phone but i can feel their sincerity. I will continue to support huawei now..

Any issue with the phone? Just go live chat using apps hicare. Seriously they will help u to solve it.
