Thanks for quoting here.

Well nevertheless multi ports charger could at most charge at a nominal 5v and 2.4A at normal charging, which in turn will only output 12.4W at most for the nexus 6p. If i managed to get hold of the Nexus 6p, i will then again do a test on how our standard 2.4A charger will charge up the Nexus 6p.

As for Qualcomms quick charge 2.0, i doubt that it will work with the Nexus 6p to deliver higher voltages at lower Amps.

This project Energy of mine will go on for future references. And will update accordingly in future on how Type C charging works and other type of charging technology such as Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 are able to charge at different voltages.

From the looks of it, since they moving on to type C charging. I think they will soon adopt the Type C to Type C charging method. And Qualcomms Quick Charge will move on to charge at higher voltages. So its actually high Amps or High Voltages. Both ways are also fast charge ways to deliver 15w or more.

And battery will surely heat up pretty fast and also at the expense of battery life... now with it non-removable at the expense of the phone as well?

Thanks alot on the promo discount code, but that doesn't really answer my question. Are you guys getting this SP because its good? Or just because there's a promo. It would help a lot of someone here that has experience on this product can shed some light on this as i'm quite curious since almost everyone is getting it.

Can't comment on this then.. Sorry..

nexus devices had always been a niche. reason being, sg don bring it in most of the time. So once it becomes mainstream, alot of people want it.

for the price, it is good. manufacturer doesnt matter cause its done in partner with Google. sure will have some level of QC.

Really can't tell for sure.. Almost all my friends have not heard of the Nexus name..

they are the only one now with the correct proximity cut out (sort of) that ships cheaply to singapore and their one plus one deal is pretty attractive.

unless you flash a samsung rom into your nexus, or else it's pretty hard to brick it.

or your usb port drop off.... :s22:

The one for one deal is supposed to end in 2 Nov. But apparently it got extended to 9 Nov. Not to sure if that is correct, but if the deal still on, do consider getting it sooner than later

I'm sure many of us have some old charger somewhere.. Can use them to charge of not in a hurry to leave the house, then can extend the battery life.. Someone posted before that to service the phone is a waste of resource for the manufacturer.. They would rather u go out and change the phone so they earn more.. Alternatively, letting u swap the removable battery means u may not change ur hp so soon, which they prefer not to happen as their profits are tied to the sale volume..

Not too sure why... but I think they purposely set it at weird hours and then inform their friends and whosoever to camp there before hand.
note that's it's 1am in the freaking morning.
Who will camp there at 1 am without any information beforehand?

I really have enough.

PDPA strike 1
2/11 10am OOS strike 2
reopen of preorder at 4/11 1am strike 3.

Any bros know anything about consumers rights?

Is the Nexus 6P from HK Google store same as the ones sold here, except no local warranty?

Anyone keen to get Nexus 5x or nexus 6p PM me. Have enough of lazada. I dont need the local set except warranty. I have managed to bring in my nexuses since my first. But IMO, it is only worth to get nexus 6p 64gb and 128gb in Singapore. PM me if anyone is interested to get from US.

Group close 8 Nov.
