Huawei P30

I recently bought my 2nd P30 Pro and it came with EMUI 9 and I've not been able to upgrade it to EMUI 10.

I've tried different methods: Different sim cards from different local/foreign telco, check updates in Hicare and Settings but none works.

Are there any method that I can use to trigger the update to EMUI10?

Starhub set?

My p30 pro is a starhub set, latest update is still at emui 9 as of tdy.

Saw this on another forum.. Apparently Huawei closed the update (beta) for now.

P30 pro with 50x Zoom.

zooming not an issue for me, would prefer phone with a better back camera.
personally i feel p30 pro too big for me
other than camera/sizes, not much big diff between these2 right?

It's really limited edition. Only M1 carries the remaining stock. Once it's depleted, there will not be a replenishment for mystic blue and lavender.

Heard this from several Huawei shops around the island.

You don't like mystic blue then? It is also rare. Got a P30 Pro from M1 because everywhere no more stocks for these 2 colours. The lady fixing my tempered glass noticed it at once, and it looks really great with a see through case. Maybe not as striking as lavender but definitely better than the 3 boring launch colours.

I don't think the blue is nice leh.. Yeah it's rare but purple nicer to me haha. Anyway m1 price for p30p is more expensive than singtel's..

I'm actually leaning more towards p30 instead of p30p. Personally I don't like the big 6.5" with curved side, but it's battery and camera more better than p30. Tough choice

SH I think $379 with $50 plan.

U go shop, sales staff will usually psycho u to pay $300 more to enjoy the more superior camera and better specs for the p30p.

I guess the comparisons are endless.

One thing I just found out, p30 does not come with the wireless charging which p30p does.
Slight minus point.
